Matthew Keane
Principal & Sales Leader
With more than a decade in the technology industry, Matt is excited to be part of the Omada team. He grew up in New Hampshire’s White Mountain region and lives in the Seacoast with his wife Barb and two children. Matt holds a business degree from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont. Whether skiing in the winter or golfing in the summer, Matt and his family can be found enjoying time in the outdoors.

Richard Stover
Finance & Operations
A graduate of Bentley University with a degree in Economics-Finance, Rich started at Adaptive Communications in 2010. While at Adaptive, Rich handled inside sales and operations for a named account team that experienced tremendous growth during his tenure. Over the years, Rich has supported a portfolio of major accounts throughout New England. When he’s not balancing the books at Omada, he can be found on the golf course.

Chris Farden
Principal & Sales Leader
Chris is a graduate of St. Lawrence University in Upstate NY, a short trek north of his childhood home in central New York. He moved to New England in 2007, and now resides in Boston. Chris has grown his IT sales career from inside and business development roles to managing named accounts in the greater Boston area. He has a passion for music and the outdoors, and can often be spotted spending summer weekends on the Cape with his wife, Elizabeth, and his family.

Ryan Thorpe
Principal & Sales Leader
Ryan grew up in Stratham, NH – a few miles from Omada’s HQ in Portsmouth. Prior to Omada, Ryan spent more than 10 years with Adaptive Communications and Optiv Security. A graduate of St. Lawrence University, Ryan now resides in Manchester, MA with his wife, Merrill. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and following Boston sports.

Josh Trivilino
Partner & Engineer
Josh joined Omada Technologies in 2018 to begin the Engineering practice for the company. A graduate of St. Lawrence University (B.S., Mathematics, Economics) and Brandeis University (M.S. IT Management), Josh has more than ten years of network and security experience that he brings to the Omada team. Josh holds expert-level certifications with multiple vendors, and enjoys continuing his education in networking and security. While away from work, he enjoys spending time at home with his family in southern Maine, playing golf, and participating in outdoor sports that involve being immersed in nature.
